includeFuncEntry: Added support for function arguments compatible with the '-func' post-processing option
e.g. functions { #includeFunc mag(U) } executes 'mag' on the field 'U' writing the field 'mag(U)'. The equivalent post-processing command is postProcess -func 'mag(U)'
