TUT: updated/cleaned the optimisation tutorials

- Removed some unnecessary dynamicMeshDicts.
- Removed the writeActiveDesignVariables execution from the Allrun
  scripts, since it is no longer necessary to execute it before
  adjointOptimisationFoam.
- Updated the entries in dynamicMeshDict according to efbc9fc99.
