0df219d1b3 ENH: expose decomposePar -dry-run options -domains, -method 
- can now drop older Test-decomposePar for exploration purposes
  and simply use -dry-run with the -domains and -method options.

- write VTK file instead of volScalarField in combination
  with -dry-run and -cellDist.

  Avoids adding any OpenFOAM fields and is usually faster to load.
  Also easier to rename than a volScalarField would be when exploring
  multiple decompositions.

ed4ffd8f89 ENH: add decomposePar -dry-run option 
- can be used to test the behaviour of the decomposion and its
  characteristics without writing any decomposition to disk.
  Combine with -cellDist to visualize the expected decomposition
  result.

3787d45c12 BUG: decomposePar -decomposeParDict fails for faMesh (closes #680) 
- was using system/decomposeParDict and ignoring the command-line
  option.

916dcb8685 ENH: parallel: overhaul of parallel mapping 
- redistributePar to have almost (complete) functionality of decomposePar+reconstructPar
- low-level distributed Field mapping
- support for mapping surfaceFields (including flipping faces)
- support for decomposing/reconstructing refinement data

379eac4f74 BUG: meshes with differing pointsInstance and facesInstance were not decomposed correctly. 
In case of differing pointsInstance and facesInstance it will
- read the points belonging to the facesInstance
- construct and write the mesh belonging to the facesInstance
  (so with the old, facesInstance, points)
- additionally write the current points to pointsInstance

2c52705cf7 move reconstructPar 'guts' to src/parallel/reconstruct 
- in preparation for adding an optional '-reconstruct' to a few utilities
  re-use as -lreconstruct library

- move related stuff there too
