openfoam/bin/tools/foamCreateCompletionCache
Mark Olesen 5187aa13aa ENH: improve output formatting for usage information
- generalize output text wrapping, use for usage notes

- add -help-man option for generating manpage content for any OpenFOAM
  application or solver.
