Mark Olesen 712f49758a TUT: update snappy dictionaries to use minMedialAxisAngle
- canonical parameter name changed from "minMedianAxisAngle" to
  "minMedialAxisAngle" (DEC-2013), but was never previously reported
  as having changed.
