Mark Olesen 750d9084d4 ENH: improve addressing into labelRanges (#2933)
- totalSize() returns retrieve the linear (total) size
  (naming as per globalIndex)
- operator[] retrieves the referenced value (linear indexing)
- labels() returns a flattened labelList (as per labelRange itself)
