Mark Olesen 3915942195 ENH: cleanup ensightParts to use updated infrastructure (issue #241).
- Use ensightCase for case writing.
  Rebase ensightPartCells/ensightPartFaces on
  ensightCells/ensightFaces routines.

- Greatly reduces code duplication potential source of errors.
