songtianlun 98f60d270e refactor: remove language switcher from navbar 
- Removed the language switcher component from the
  navigation bar.
- This change simplifies the user interface, focusing
  on primary navigation elements.

The decision was made to streamline navigation and reduce
clutter, as the language switcher was deemed not essential
for the current user experience.
