Environment Variables Configuration

Setup Instructions
- Create a Supabase project at supabase.com
- Go to Project Settings > API
- Copy the Project URL and API keys
- Enable Google OAuth in Authentication > Providers (optional)

Setup Instructions
- Go to Cloudflare Dashboard > R2 Object Storage
- Create a new R2 bucket
- Generate R2 API tokens with read/write permissions
- Note the endpoint URL from bucket settings

Setup Instructions
- Create a Stripe account at stripe.com
- Go to Dashboard > API keys and copy the keys
- Create a webhook endpoint pointing to
/api/webhooks/stripe - Create products and pricing plans in Stripe Dashboard
- Copy the price ID for your Pro subscription plan
Webhook Events to Listen
Configure your Stripe webhook to listen for these events:

Replicate

- Create a new token

🔒 Security Best Practices
1. Never commit secrets to version control

- Cloudflare Workers: wrangler secret put

The application includes validation that checks for required environment variables and fails fast if any are missing.
🚨 Troubleshooting
Common Issues

Environment Variable Validation
