ENH: use combined &=, |=, ^= forms for bitAndEqOp, bitOrEqOp, bitXorEqOp
- these also work for bitSet, HashSet with slightly lower overhead ENH: locate FOAM_NODISCARD attribute macro in stdFoam.H
